Joe brings extensive experience in both physical and digital product design and development, reinforcing Delve's strategic focus on its unique physical-digital design capabilities.

Joe's career spans a wide range of industries and roles, including key leadership positions in product development, strategy, and business development across globally recognized hardware and software companies such as Dell Technologies, Wipro, SAP, EY, Honeywell, and Motorola. He has successfully led teams in driving significant digital transformation initiatives, and developing go-to-market strategies that have significantly expanded market share. 
Joe holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and the University of Illinois - Chicago, respectively, followed by an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Joe is an active guest lecturer at Marquette University and an Operating Partner at DeBuey Venture Capital, providing strategic guidance to startups.
