Cortney Rowan Mark Olson announcement 2

Delve recently brought on two industry-leading experts in strategy, design, and engineering. Together, they strengthen Delve’s ability to deliver complex, multidisciplinary innovation projects for its clients. 
Executive Vice President of Strategy and Design Cortney Rowan and Executive Vice President of Engineering Mark Olson started in September. Both bring decades of experience in innovation and product development to Delve.
“We wanted our core practice areas led by practitioners with deep experience guiding, creating, and delivering multidisciplinary projects,” said Andrew Weiman, President and COO of Delve. “Cortney and Mark will multiply the success of our clients’ services and products.”
Olson, in his previous roles with Accenture, Mindtribe, and Frog, has led cross-functional hardware and software development programs for startups and Fortune 500 companies. At Delve, he will be developing new physical and digital products in the medical device, commercial/industrial, and consumer industries, and in all areas of the Internet of Things.

Rowan is an accomplished human-centered executive who has driven growth through product innovation initiatives for organizations such as NASA, the United States Marine Corps, and Fortune 100 companies. She has previously worked at Accenture, Altitude, and Katzenbach Partners.
